We have been busy lately! I got a part-time, (temporary) work-from-home job for the summer and its been keeping me busy and a bit stressed lately. But luckily there is only a few weeks left and we were able to use the extra money to buy a new washer and dryer.
Isla has been having fun playing with her aunts and uncles and grandma's and grandpa's lately. We have also been spending a lot of time with my family because my Granny (Isla's Great-Granny) is here visiting for a few weeks. We have also seen Adam's family a lot lately which has been lovely! Its so nice to have a ton of family near by. We went to the parade and fair a couple weeks ago and saw lots of animals (she called all of them dogs).
My friend Pearl and I recently started baby swapping. I take the two girls for a few hours one week and Pearl takes them for a few hours the next. Its really nice for everyone involved: the moms get a little break and the girls get to have some baby interaction.
