Isla is a big baby! At her 9 month check-up she weighed 19 lbs. 12 ounces (75th percentile) and was 29 3/8 inches (95th percentile) long! She has had many adventures during this last month. Me and Isla went with my mom and Karlee to visit my grandma and grandpa and great grandma in Palm Springs. We had a lot of fun but Isla didn't really like the sun...or the pool....or the grass. Guess she's not an out doorsy-kind of gal. In the picture above she is attacking me, naked. She recently figured out how to take of her clothe diapers, so she's been having a ton of naked fun lately. Isla also has taken her first steps!! She can walk about five steps at the most before she loses her balance, but when she's determined she can do pretty well. She also says mama now...well its more like "mom-mom" or something. And we were trying to teach her the sign for "more" so she can ask for more food when she's eating, but instead of signing she just started saying more, Isla's version of course is more like "mo-mo." We've also got to see Eden and Amanda quite a bit this last month too. And now Evan is home! Here is cutie pie Eden sittin' on her car at Grami Tami's house:Friday, April 24, 2009
